Q) When is registration expected to close?
A) Northwest Little League is expecting to close Spring Registration on Thursday, February 29th, 2024.
Q) How do I register my son/daughter?
A) Visit: www.northwest-ll.org
Q) Why do I need to create an account to register?
A) Once you create an account, Northwest Little League will use your email address to send all future communications regarding the season. If you already have an account, just simply login.
Q) How do I know what division to register my son/daughter in?
A) Registration is determined on your player's Official Little League Player Age and it will only allow you to sign up for their specific level. . .if you want your player to play up or down a level, then please notify our Player Agent at [email protected]
Q) What happens once I register my son/daughter?
A) You will receive an email confirming your registration is complete.
Q) What if I do not receive an email after I have completed registration?
A) Check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received an email, please reach out to [email protected]
Q) When and where are evaluations going to be?
A) Spring evaluations will be held in early March. The date is TBD and will be communicated to registered families once established.
Q) When will I know what team my son/daughter is on?
A) Once the teams have been established, your son/daughter's Manager will reach out to you directly to introduce themselves.
Q) When can I expect the season to start?
A) Weather permitting, we are expecting the season to begin mid-April. Northwest Little League will communicate with the team Managers once we have the official “Fields are open”.
Q) When can I expect the season to end?
A) Each division may be slightly different however, the end of the spring season will be toward the end of June.
Q) What do registration fees include?
A) Uniforms including jersey, hat, and socks are provided for all players. League fees are applied toward game, tournament, and umpire fees, team equipment, field maintenance, providing electricity, insurance and Little League membership dues.
Q) What equipment does my child need?
A) All athletes are required to have a glove, baseball pants, and cleats (softball players also need a fielders mask). It is optional for your child to have their own helmet and bat, the league does provide one shared helmet and bat per team as part of their team equipment.
Q) What do I need to do if I want to be a Team Manager, Assistant Coach, or a Team Parent?
A) Northwest Little League cannot have a season without volunteers!! If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up via our registration website. Being on a team’s coaching staff will fulfill your family’s volunteer requirement for the season.
Q) Do I have to volunteer?
A) Yes, all families are required to complete three (3) volunteer shifts for the Spring Season. For the 2024 season, one of the volunteer shifts must be a concessions stand shift. If you do not complete your volunteer shifts, you will pay a $200 fee. Northwest Little League cannot have a season without volunteers!!
